Round table discussion at the Directorate of Immigration

Tomorrow, October 25, the Directorate will conduct round table discussions on the issues concerning immigrants in Iceland. Individuals having extensive knowledge and experience in the matters of immigrants in Iceland, both immigrants and others working with immigration issues have been invited. The purpose of these meetings is to facilitate the flow of information between those groups, increase co-operation and understanding, which should result in conformation in these matters. Any suggestions from this group will be forwarded to The Committee on Immigrants. Björn Bjarnason, Minister of Justice, will address the meeting.
